Verizon scores again!!

I just want to share the most recent thing this company has did for me, a mere customer of 10 yrs. I called to order a re-certified HTC Droid ERIS because my Blackberry Storm 2's screen had broken after a nice fall onto some concrete. Which by the way was sent to me because I had trouble out of the first Storm (2 replacements) and they said lets try the Storm 2. Back to the call, I had everything set up, was getting the Eris for the price of 169, I talked them into giving me free Saturday delivery, and a free car-charger, and screen protectors to boot.
So the Fed-ex man comes today and in the box is a BRAND NEW Moto Droid, on the receipt listed at 559.00, then with a discount of 390.00, to make it the same price as the refurb. When I had spoke to the lady on the phone I wanted this one, but it was 300 refurbed, I said no thanks, just send the Eris. Well she sent me a New Droid so I am pretty happy about that. I absolutely love Verizon, they have always treated me good, yea there are some tools that work there, in fact I talked to one at first when I called, but asked to speak the supervisor, she squared it up for sure. Just wanted to share guys/gals

 

I like my droid - I have had multiple blackberries, iPhone and Driod - some at the same time. The iPhone very sexy but like all sexy bitches you have to put up with some shit that doesn't add to a healthy, long term relationship!

 

i love verizon. great customer service. everytime something happens with my phone theyre quick to respond. YES ill admit their customer service used to suck, but they have stepped their game up and everything is better

 

Keep your eye on your bill - in case they charged you for exactly what they sent you.
