2016 tacoma lower grille removal and installation

is there any link to a thread for the removal and installation for the lower grille. I installed a RC light bar for my tacoma where the lower grille is, but I scratched, the hell out of it. I should've used a dremel. Does anyone have advice on the lower grille removal? im guesing the fog light covers need to come off first.
