Alpine V-Power work for me?

Hey guys,

Thinking about picking up this amp from CL. Guy told me I could take it for $55. I don't have any stereo mods, just the OEM everything. Would this be a good amp to push the speakers (after I put in a deck and component system)? Anybody have any experience with this amp?

I realize you prolly wouldn't want to use it on a sub, but no worries cause I don't have one. I'm holding out for a stealthbox

That would run a set of mids & highs just fine.

I think those amps are underrated too. Probably makes more power than stated. Good amps from what I remember.

 

I bought the amp and bought this deck new. Kenwood KDC BT945U, $219 at Fry's.

 

Great deck. USB, Bluetooth via Parrot and 4 Volt preamp for Front Rear and Sub.

 

That's it!!! I'll be doing the install tonight. Pics on the way
