    we picked up this 2018 Tacoma "xp" recently after the transmission in my wife's 2014 Nissan Rogue went to crap, and was pass warranty by 101 miles. Nissan wanted to charge us, $4500 to replace the transmission. I honestly wished they'd try to help us a bit, and finagle something to get us under warranty. They would of had my business forever, but no dice. So anyhow its been a long time discussion to get a truck at some point, and I've been eyeing Toyotas and Dodges for some time, working total loss for a big insurance company, I saw that these trucks hold their value for a very long time, compared to other vehicles. The toyota dealership was across the street from the nissan dealership, and well I personally found all the nissan frontiers and titans to be "blah" and cheap looking from the inside.
