I have wondered the same. Climbing on the roof helps with stowing the RTT.

I had the same question last week, and sent the message to Gobi asked if any plan making that ladder for the Tacoma...their answer is no...

The closest I have found is below. I think it would be pretty easy to fabricate, and could probably make it adjustable so it will work with both cab height and raised height canopies. The only thing that makes me a little nervous is the lever arm climbing on that would create.
