Really disappointed with @ragofabrication. Ordered 2 weeks ago. Product still hasn't shipped. Their website makes no mention that the products are not in stock but states "Orders are shipped in the order received. It typically takes 1-3 business days depending on order time before it ships. During peak sales and holiday shipping it may take 1-3 additional business days for order processing." Their customer service doesn't reply to emails. Wont be doing business with this company ever again.

 

Know plenty of people in the same boat

 

I emailed them because I got my lights but not my swagpack. This was their response after a week. Keep in mind I am about a 45 minute drive from Baja Designs so it’s no surprise if they shipped me something I would get it almost same day.

I understand your frustration, I would be too. But keep in mind this is a busy time of the year for companies, so I am sure they are trying their best right now to balance work and family time.

My frustration is with the lack of communication.

I purchased on 12/7.

I received an email titled "Shipment Notification" on 12/7 stating:
"Your order #xxxxx has been processed. All orders are being processed and shipped as quickly as possible. It can take 24-48 hours for tracking to update. Items not manufactured by Rago will be drop shipped from the manufacturer. Please allow up to 5 business days for you to receive tracking on drop shipped items."


Two weeks later on 12/22 (5pm on the Friday before Christmas) I get an email stating:

"We want to thank all of our valued customers for placing an order for Baja Designs lights during our Flash Sale promotions!

Due to the success of the sales, we ran out of stock of the lights we had on hand. Baja Designs has been working to assemble lights to fulfill our needs as quickly as possible. To expedite shipping, they have begun shipping all California orders from their own warehouse in San Marcos, CA. All other orders are being fulfilled by Rago Fabrication as soon as we receive shipments of lights.

Regardless of where your order is shipping from, either Baja Designs or Rago Fabrication, all customer service and tracking information is available ONLY from Rago. Please feel free to reach out to us by phone 830-896-7571 or email info@ragofabrication.com with any questions or concerns.

We regret the delays some customers have experienced but please be assured that we are working to ship in the order received and as quickly as possible.

WHAT ABOUT MY SWAG? Orders not originating from Rago Fabrication can expect a separate shipment with their Baja Designs SWAG after their lighting order has shipped.

So you guys wait two weeks to tell me my lights still haven't shipped even though you sent me a "shipment notification" on 12/7...

I shouldn't have to reach out to you to check on a status of a order I received a "shipment notification" for. If an Item is back ordered you should contact me and not wait two weeks to do so.

 

I received me just yesterday. Everything was all there. Even the amber combo lense!! Great customer service!

Gotta love how they say we'll fix your problem by refunding your money instead of fixing the issues in the first place then wait til you get put on blast. Customer service is key to a return business.

 

Is the sale still good or did I miss another good one?

 

Did you order the amber lenses separate? Or did they come with the lights? I received my order as well but no swag pack, just the lights
