Spare tire winch

    '97 T100, spare tire winch broke off from cable end at the end that has that crimp end that holds the bracket that hold spare...ther are 4 bolts that hold the winch in place only 2 can be removed from underside, the other 2 looks like bed has to be completely taken off???? But looking at winch closely, looks like it can be opened by some tabs if pryed open, can this be done? Just to replace cable? Anyone have this happen??? If so, what's the fix??? Any info greatly appreciated
