I'm pretty sure it's on my other phone. I'll dig it out in a couple weeks. There's other stuff I need to get out of it also.

When we bought our house there was almost the same thing in the driveway when we got there. Owner showed up a couple days later and picked it up about an hour after I called the realtor and asked if it was mine now.

Walmart lists it at $29 for 32oz

Yes butter tastes much better but the whole clogged arteries thing, trust me, I know. So now we use Smart Balance. Fair substitute.
We keep Hellman’s for mayo. Miracle shit is not mayo but we keep a small jar in there for recipes that call for it. Will have to try some Duke’s

Still recovering from Sciatica, working 4 hour shifts, getting better... slowly. Have a good one.

Good luck with the Sciatica, took me a full year. It sucks.

On the clogged artery thing, if your using Smart Balance with vegetable oil instead of real butter you most likely are making it worse. I can't make this stuff up.

A year ago the findings of the most detailed study of animal fats vs. vegetable fats ever done were found in a basement of a home in the Twin Cities and are still being analysed. It was done starting in 1968 for 56 months on more than 9,000 people in one of the most detailed blind studies ever done. Before the study was conducted margarine had to be sold in triangle shape in Mn. It was so detailed that Dr. Frantz who conducted the study was able to get the law overturned so that it could be sold shaped like butter so the participants didn't know which they were getting. The 9,000 people were institutionalized so he had total control over their diet.

Yes Vegetable oil reduced cholesterol levels, but that didn't help with heart disease.

*substituting vegetable oils lowered total blood cholesterol levels, by an average of 14 percent.

*But that lowered cholesterol did not help people live longer. Instead, the lower cholesterol fell, the higher the risk of dying: 22 percent higher for every 30-point fall.

Good read in SA about it. https://www.scientificamerican.com/...basement-undermine-decades-of-dietary-advice/

It isn't the only study of its kind to show the same thing. But it is going to be a long time before recommendations are changed.

Another couple weeks, and it's 2 years since I got cut.
    So far,so good.
The only damage I have is some numbness on part of my right foot.
I'll take that over the pain I had pre-surgery.

I like miracle whip with a touch of relish in my tuna fish sandwiches.
Mmmmm might have that tonight... it’s the only thing I eat with it...

For those of you wanting real old fashioned mustard . If you weren't here or involved in the great condiment war try these folks. https://rayesmustard.com
Many here did get some they can tell you their thoughts . It is made old school and most of the flavors etc there is no need for refrigeration.
