Is there a tool box designed to fit in the behind the seat storage area in the DC?

I use a plastic ammo can for some of the more grimy stuff in my everyday gear. For tools I use a tool roll that sits on top of the can and my snatch strap stuffs in there as well to keep it all from rattling around. Works for me.

ARB Bumper, SOS sliders, rear bumper, and skid plate. OME Lift. Some other stuff.
I use the cloth tool bags they sell at Lowes. One bag is for ratchet straps and towing items and the second bag is for tools.

Currently, I’m using some extra Makita tool bags I had lying around. BUT, I have a bunch of molle pouch’s I’d like to use. Does anyone know if we can mount a small molle panel on each side in those storage compartments, and if so would the pouches interfer with rear seats? Additionally, I’m looking for a solution for a small flash light mount and a handgun vault. Saw the one that mounts in the center console but I don’t want to loose that storage to just a gun...

This is what I've been doing for years. Get the narrow ones from Menards, they are cheap.

I have a few, each one is purpose filled depending on the season and what I'll be doing with my truck (they used to be in my RAV4)

It's not exactly a toolbox but I believe it will work better, more similar to what you're talking about, but I think it'd work for OP as well. I'll be keeping my tools stored here when I get mine.

This is a POS. I got one last week and am sending it back today. First and foremost it is a locking door, not a box, and the mounting tabs are seriously lacking. I was never able to get it to sit flush on the top edge which made an ideal spot to pry and damage to truck. If someone is going to break into my truck, I would rather they just take my shot without damaging the truck.

I bought a roll-up pouch for wrenches and a pair of zip-up tote bags from Amazon for about $30 total. All of my sockets are on organizers, and are in the tote bags along with anything I couldn't fit in the roll-up pouch with my wrenches. All 3 fit perfectly with room to spare behind the passenger rear seat.
