Pretty much 1 other, which I am at now. The other gyms are like those snap fitness and YMCA style gyms. Planet fitness...etc.

She’s not interested in running a successful and ethical business.

She’ll probably be unsuccessful moving forward.

Sad thing is, her husband owns probably 25% of west lafayette Purdue University apartments. He is also a Medical Dr... Pretty disappointing coming from those backgrounds. What can ya do, it's not a crime to run a shitty business :)

Suprizing a medical doc loves Purdue that much. Usually its all about IU *eye roll*

Its just sad when people don’t care for their business or their consumers. Most businesses are getting that way now.

Get a weight bench & weights and lift in your garage or in back of your home if you can. You don’t need a gym to get buff. I used to do that before getting a gym membership. I miss it to be honest...nobody around to bug you, you’re not smelling anyone else, etc. It’s just you and your goals.

There was a few posts about it a few pages back. Just stupid petty shit. " Do you even lift, you're small, only skinny guys look like you" etc. Gets old hearing it daily.

In better news, been having my girl focus hard on shoulders. Trying to convince her to compete, but she's chicken... She's pretty tiny, so bikini probably, but she's got some good muscle at this point.

These are what i use. PLBBFit. Been using them for 2+ years. Bullet charged they hold for about 7-8 hrs. I got these from best buy, they retailed for 119 bucks, but I got them to price match Amazon.com for 80 bucks. BUT they now sell these at Costco for like 50 bucks. I love them. Though about getting another pair for just in case but dont need them.

Also ive left these in my pants amd washed them 3 times already. They still work. I dunno what you're looking for but these work great, wrap around the ear, don't fall off, loud enough, but also let ambient noise through in case you run and need to hear horns etc.

I can't speak for other types of headphones that are noise cancelling. Hope this helps!

Any thoughts on having a physically demanding job and still going to the gym and not over exerting myself?

My side job is working as an independent contractor for a company that specializes in moving. Every other day I do around 2-5 hours of nonstop lifting and sometimes I get sore after because I tend to go over the limits of what I usually do during a workout. However, I still try and keep my routines in place the days that I have a light work load/don't work. However, I feel like I may be not giving my body enough time to recover between sessions. Any input? I really enjoy my gym routine, but my work has little routine to it.

I also want to add that you can update the software on these to the latest Bluetooth version as well. You just have to download the plantronics app and it syncs and updates the software so you don't have to worry abou5 getting a new phone and having headphones that aren't compatible.

I used to buy the cheap $20 Bluetooth headphones off Amazon and they worked fine, but when i upgraded my phone to a newer one, i couldn't use them. Just an FYI.

Those are nice, not crazy about the color/over the ear setup tho. Pretty good for the price.

The earpods... do they stay in your head pretty good or do they like to fall out?

I know its frowned upon but I do run and do other cardio.

If I were in your shoes, I would be using some type of hybrid program that incorporates mobility, endurance and strength conditioning.

*Depending on how old you are and any pre-existing injuries*

Example of said program would be something like this:

https://hybridperformancemethod.com/ Their Hybrid 101 program is what I would suggest.
