thanks!! I'm glad some of my tire size info could help someone. there's that huge 255/85 thread, but it's difficult to find stuff in there.

Just looked at your whole page. You are living in my dreams. Truck looks awesome! Are they 265/75/16s in the photos? I am running 2.5" in the front also and can not decide on 255s or 65s

thanks!! the post you quoted are 265/75/16 duratracs. the pic below is 255/85/16 st maxx. I'm running around 2.5" in the front as well, and I don't have any issues, but I'm also running wheeler's superbumps in the front too. for me (in Hawai'i), 255's were hard to get since not many shops stock them, or even order them, and the ones that did, charge a shitload. I'm thinking about 265's or 285's on my next set, but it looks like that'll be years from now because the st maxx are barely worn down

Excellent info and I love your build! I'm on O'ahu and have a 2011 DCSB 4x4 m/t with the exact same shell. I'll be installing the 885s with 5100's all around with SPC LR UCAs and heavy duty dakars in the rear. My weekend warrior is purely for leisure and would only be doing some minor wheeling for fishing/ camping (And I assume probably less than what you do on big isle according to your previous posts). I'm decided on 255/85/16s, but it is such a hassle to locate I might have no choice but to go with the typical 285/75s =(

I'm about to give up on my pizza cutter dreams... Got any advice or inspiration to share? Still satisfied with your Coopers? Mahalo nui!
