No problem, I just saw it yesterday, here's the thread:

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/shrockworks-group-buy-ends-12-17.581977/

It's going until 12/17, looks like 15% off bumpers which is a good deal. I was considering it (still am) but I will probably go with a weld-it-yourself kit through NWTI since they're even cheaper and I can find someone local to me to weld it together.

It would be wise to verify with Shrockworks (and any armor company really) that you can run other company's skids with their bumpers...I know that All Pro isn't the only one that designs their bumpers to work solely with their skids. But most will work with a variety of others. Still, it's a good idea to check

No, still take the same amount of time to build. If anything they should be more since we are building as many. Economy of scale kinda thing. But I think we'll just leave the price alone for now :)

Not offered at the moment. We are working on it. Just bought a new welder to help with aluminum.

Yea. Sucks, but gotta pay the bills.

I went with AllPro through a local vender where I live. If you live in CA I know you wouldn’t have an issue with them because they have at least one manufacturing warehouse (TG) here, again local to me. I went to visit their warehouse (TG) in person and made sure what I wanted was in stock. They also inform me if I wanted the best deal to go through their local vender list. The price is cheaper than ordering it from their website and I save on shipping too since I was local, the vender actually picked up the armor and delivered it to my door. When I had a problem I just visited their warehouse and they helped me right then and there. Keep in mind this is all Trailgear now but they still keep the AllPro name.

Like I mentioned in another thread, companies are moving away from 1st gen since the demand is not as high. It’s business and I totally understand. To find stuff for our year is limited compare the 2nd gen. Now with 3rd gen, most of the focus is on them. The masses who buys these type of things don’t use them often or as intended, more for cool factor/looks. There’s nothing wrong with that either but this goes to the business of producing for the masses which are for newer vehicles. A lot of hardcore crawlers out their go with custom fab work with their local fab shop.

Thanks. If you could get your hand on their Baja or Apex bumper I would go for it. Originally I wanted their Baja bumper but they weren’t in stock so I went with Apex, plate bumper.

I agree, plate all the way, just don't like those "bulldozer" front ends on a lot of them.
