that's with 1/4 of the tank being a lot of full throttle and a ton of idling yesterday trying to help my neighbor get unstuck

I expect my true highway MPG to be much much better. My truck has never been this good at holding 6th on any previous tune.
I'd say 68 of my 70 mile drive was all 6th gear.

So I've stopped checking this thread daily for the 1.05 release. This video is very promising. I read that release notes will be our shortly, are we back in the "soon" status? Asking for a friend

 

At those higher speeds (70ish), are you still able to simply use additional throttle to force it down to 5th gear for passing situations?
