    I usually go 2-3 times in the warmer weather and if the spirits move me and the weather cooperates, I'll go out in the Winter.
    5 gallon bucket goes a long way and what we don't eat right away, we vacuum seal for later.

    Good evening....no, didn't kill him. I didn't know what it was so I sent a pic to the biologist. She said it's a chuckwala...reptile that eats a lot of bad insects, spiders, bird eggs. For perspective, from the end of the block he's on to the middle of that metal ring sticking up is 3'...so I guestimate it to be 6"-8". Pretty intimidating looking but, since the temps are down and the concrete block not heating up, he was pretty slow. I'm sure I'll come across it again if it stays. I have more block to load in the morning.
