Currently I have a 2018 tacoma sr5 on 3" suspension lift with Nitto 285/70R16's trail grapplers.

The tires are extremely close to the UCA's, I spoke to a few suspension people and it seems like the fix would be taking the tires off the factory rims and putting them on 16x8 with 4.5bs and 0mm offset.

Currently i have no rub in any spots just worried about getting off road and rubbing the UCA's can anyone chime in on this? From what I was told the 4.5bs with 0offset will give me about a 1" of clearance from the UCA (make sense?).

This is what the truck looks like currently.... also what are some of the top picks for rims..I'll be in Fort Worth, TX next week so looking to get rims if this will fix my problem.

Could fix one and lead to another. Gain uca clearance and then rub the cab mount possibly.
I went with fuel beast 16x8 wheels 0 offset that were $600 when I bought them. There are some rims that are cheaper. You like black or ???

Price doesn't matter, the matte bronze I saw on some konig countersteer looked good.

Is there a better BS or offset to go to?

I really dont want to mod anything.

    Your stock sr5 wheels 16x7 +25 offset
Here’s a calculator that will help to understand how much farther out your wheel will stick and also how much inner clearance (at uca) you will gain. Can google mm to inches conversion after if that helps.
The previously recommended 8 inch wide 0 offset will be fairly close to stock and probably the best option.

Had the same set up, but I put on the GS 1.25" wheel spacers. Cleared UCA no problem. And no rubbing anywhere else. Just picked up the FN FX wheel and no longer using the spacers. Selling the spacers. In Fort Worth. Here is what the stance with the GS spacer.

Actually I like those wheels on your setup. Looks sharp so maybe just go with some spacers. Common size seems to be 1.25" but I've seen smaller widths that would help clear UCA's without pushing the wheel out too far. Might need longer wheel studs tho

And remember if you add spacers to the stock rims, then your radius on turns could possibly cause rubbing on the fender or inner wheel well or front air dam because of the bigger tires, I just mounted 265’s on the same rims as your and no rubbing at all

Didn't have that issue with 1.25" spacers on the stock wheels. Had 3" upfront though.

XD Enduro 16x8 4.5bs 0 offset, with NFab side steps. Now have about 1" uca clearance and no rub on anything. Glad I didn't have to do any chopping.20181218_094255.jpg

The only thing weird about these rims is how close they are to the brake calipers, but I don't hear or feel rubbing. Just weird how close they are...
