Towing brake adjustment.

Hello all. I just got a 2014 Tacoma with the towing package. On my 01 Tacoma I had a trailer brake system installed when I got my new camper, that had a manual adjustment unit under the steering wheel. On the 2014 I see now way to adjust the brake tension yet my truck brakes just fine when towing. Is there an auto brake adjust system with the towing package or do I need to add a manual adjustment system.

 

If it doesnt have it, doesn't need it. Most controllers let you dial in but generally offer proportional control.

 

If I did have it is it located in an obvious place or some obscure place that I haven’t seen.

 

What brand is your controller?

 

It would be obvious since you need to have access to it when towing.
