I probably don't need them either, but hey....clickers son. I wasn't thrilled with drilling into my frame, more than once, to bolt up my sliders but I'm over it. As far as your paid off truck goes....:brianr:, pure hate coming your way!

If it makes you feel better I changed my order to clickers. $1100

Thought I would post this for shits and giggles. Wonder how much these bad boys weigh with 2.5 gallons of oil capacity. Man these things are HUGE!

Peer pressure on TW is real... that and FOMO.

I'm surprised my wife hasn't put a parental block on this site.

I'm confused... if you look at post #1982 @SpeySquatch already has these shocks (with clickers)... is he just trolling, or did I miss something?

Question. Has anybody used shock body resi mounts with their rear clicker shocks? If not why wouldnt this be a good idea?

Thought adding a thin piece of rubber with the resi and mount on something like this would be a nice alternative to mounting it to the frame. Thoughts?

    upload_2018-12-12_18-45-24.jpg

Do a single or double mount like this?

If I’m not mistaken, I think ADS even makes their own aluminum clams on their site for mounting piggyback like that. It could work.

I am not sure if I could get my reservoir to even come that close to parallel with my shock body. You'd have to adjust the fitting from that connects the hose but personally I wouldn't be comfortable doing that much adjustment since I had a scare when adjusting my fronts and got shot in the face with oil and the scare of not getting it re tightened quick enough and losing too much oil. On shocks these expensive that scare was real enough for me to 911 call ADS and make sure I hadn't lost too much oil already, thankfully they were super helpful and said I should be completely fine. Honestly I wouldn't be worried about a tapping screw going into your frame and voiding a warranty. If your dealership is look that deep into your vehicle a lift is gonna void that warranty anyways. My dealership so far hasn't cared a little bit about what I've done to my vehicle. The first thing they asked me after my install was did I get it installed by a professional which I replied "Yup" and they had no further questions.

A vehicle lift can’t void the warranty on anything but the factory parts it replaced or damage that can be proven came from the lift (Moss-Magnuson Act).

I prefer the look of them attached to the shock. I think I could make it work, but want to have a guy at a shop I know help me

    Just found these:
