Super happy! Easy to install, super solid, and many options for configuration. I am not done but will post more pics as I modify. It’s going to be like Lego blocks for “Adults” ... kind of like the Tacoma....

If you're in SoCal and looking to swap that scooped hood for a non-scooped, I'm your guy!

Not something I did but somebody else. Some asshat shot my taco with a BB gun on my way home tonight! Driver side right below the door handle.

Be sure to report that to police. Here in San Diego some time ago, a couple of asshole kids were dropping small rocks off over passes which panicked one driver into a crash that killed the driver.

I did. The sheriff deputy agreed it looks like a BB. He asked if I wanted to file a report about it and I said yep, sure do. Irritating because I haven’t even had it for 1 month yet. I think I’ll be avoiding that road for a while.

Yeah, Commiefornia has different blends. It’s freaking ridiculous. I slowed down to 60 mph, used “sport shifting” and got 17.4 on the way home from the gas station (about 12 miles). I’ve considered running higher octane fuel as well as going to Chevron or Shell instead of the Pilot, could be less quality gas.

Thanks for all the feed back and ideas, y’all.

There may be some better choices. The fronts had no support between the inner edge and the wheel well, so I added a piece of PVC tube as a riser and used like a 2-inch screw. This setup is rubbing a little on the new 265/75 tires. Lift is coming in Feb that should solve that. Other than that, they are good, pliable and holding up well for over a year now.

Hit by the door opening when they were responding to an emergency. Could have been way worse.

    Good morning :pccoffee:

The technician was real cool about everything too, he answered all my questions about oil, air filter, transmission fluid, and such. I’ve had excellent customer service at this Toyota dealership, except for the one time I wanted the TSB 62-18 ...LOL. Even re-balanced and rotated all my tires yesterday and did not charge me…

Added a cap that kinda fits but should keep the snow out, and put my equipment box back in.
