Man, I hated Dyson due to cost..... Bought one, loved it.
I hated Keurig cuz I didn't wanna be one of them.... Got one, love it

Never ever ever did a fad diet.... Out of desperation from needing a back surgery and one or maybe both shoulders cut open, and needing to lose weight without lifting weights, I caved when the lady told me we could eat bacon.

As much as I wanted to hate it..... It's amazing. I've lost 12 pounds since the 19th of Nov including a turkey day feast where I went off the rails.

Give it a shot, just keep up on water intake.
I use an app called Carb Manager (Android).

It figures out macros based on scanning a foods barcode, or using a integrated database.
    Also can connect to fitbit

Ive heard that shocking the body once in a while with carbs is good for the diet. Out of keto then back in and drop some more.

Yeah, I nuked keto today between the cheesesteak (I had one & a half) and then we had a late dinner at shake shack in King of Prussia after Christmas shopping...

    Going to feel it tomorrow:oops:

    Absolutely!
Just stick with it once you start and don’t worry about the keto flu - if you get it, it passes quickly.

Subbed. I’ve been doing this diet for about 3 months now. I already lost over 40 lbs. Didn’t get keto flu until I tried to go back in to the diet after breaking it on thanks giving week. Goal is 190 lbs, right now I’m at 204 lbs, started at 247 lbs.

If you can stick with it for a few weeks you will be amazed at the appetite suppression. You will lose the cravings once you break the sugar addiction your body has.

Coming from a guy that could scarf a most large pizza and would order a second for left overs.

Do your research, I feel like it's way easier to commit if you understand what is happening inside your body.

You might as well weight until the new year. Get past the holidays and buckle down. There can be some pretty intense headaches or sickness when you first start.

I've put things off long enough. I think I'll be alright throughout the holiday other than maybe a slip or two. Thanks for the heads up on the headaches and sickness though, I'll keep that in mind

    awesome...

I've been cheating here and there but am maintaining at 201.

Plan is to keep steady at this weight until after the Holidays.

I really wanna drop the last 5lbs and then kick the exercise up a notch.

There are keto pizza options; cauliflower, almond bread and some cheese based substitutes for the bread.

A food truck near where I live does an awesome almond bread pizza:

And this one is from a different place. Its made of cheese and other things instead of bread:

BTW if you can get your hands on these wraps at your local market I recommend them. Low carb and excelent for either burritos, wraps, chips etc...

    C3BD777C-3DD9-45E3-840F-DFAA544DD202.jpg

If I’m in a hurry I just add some cheese and pepperoni to these, wrap it and put it in the air fryer for 7 mins at ~360 degrees for a quick meal.

my wife makes pies, casseroles, quiches, all kinds of stuff using almond and other nut flours. Indian cooking uses legume flours for lots of things too and you can adapt that stuff to low gluten and low carb stuff across the board if you learn how to use it.
