Lol, I have the oak interior originally. Now I have a grey 2004 console along with a black vinyl floor and the black multi-cam seat covers. Of course there's the unpainted piece of plywood that has replaced the rear seats on the back wall of the cab too. Matching is not required for this trucks interior.

This showed up while I was working on replacing the output shaft seals on the t-case seals.

And when I checked the mail this evening, this was in there waiting for me.

Got some work to get done this weekend!

While I was poking around the underside of the truck, trying to determine a suitable mounting location for the air tank and compressor, I discover that the 3rd member housing seal is leaking on the rear axle...great...

I might try replacing the breather (read "extending") to see if maybe the breather is just gummed up and causing pressure to force oil out the seal. Hopefully that's it, otherwise, I'll need to pull the 3rd member to reseal it which will be a pain in the ass.

When did you replace your supercharger oil last?
It seems that it doesn’t matter if I change mine at 30,000 miles or 10,000 which I did just to inspect
the oil it is always black.

Interested in seeing how you mount your OBA! I’ve been eye balling that set up. Also those head lights, wonder how they’ll compare to the ones I currently have in mine.

I'm replacing the LED bulbs that the PO had put in the truck. Yeah, they are bright but very scattered. I don't seem to be blinding anyone with them at least. I'm hoping that the new bulbs and harness make a difference.

Still researching the OBA stuff for where I'm going to mount everything. Lots of room under the bed without a spare under there but the compressor, I want to make sure it's mostly secure from water/dust and shit. And it has to be mounted right side up according to the instructions, which is kind of a bummer.

    Stuff. Also things.
In the process of gusseting all the things.

Got a bunch of stuff removed yesterday and got the rack pulled this afternoon. Just have to pull the LCAs and then I can get going on the cam tab gussets.

Funny you mention that, I did my t case output seals the other week when i stumbled on your post reminding me about the wiring. Make sure you get the correct output seal with the cone on it for the front, or you will be s.o.l

As far as the compressor nice find man, I hope you get lots of use out of it. I got a 5 gallon and 444c. Wish I had run dual compressors now with the 5 gallon. Saves me in passing out from filling up 4 floatys in the summer time, and works great on the tires.

I put mine in a 12in deep tool box instead of the standard 24, perfect for the double cab.

It was the correct seal, straight from Toyota.

I've been considering using a bed box but I'm reluctant to lose the bed space if I can avoid it. The 480C that came with this kit is rated at 100% duty cycle and with the 2.5 gallon tank, will be able to handle my current almost 33" tires just fine. This system is supposed to be good up to 37" tires but I won't go bigger than 35s eventually.

curious to see what you think.

No real drop in projectors for 5x7 other than these ugly things: https://headlightrevolution.com/sta...r-headlights-kit-5x7-rectangular-sealed-beam/

It is possible to do retros though that don't poke out like those. Plus you can get D2s 4th gen which are much better projectors than H1s.

Looking for a pic of the driver side head light plug and the wire colors.

If anyone is changing out their battery on an '04, snap a pic of that plug.

Mine was distroyed in an accident and I got the wires mixed up. Have a new plug, just need to know which color wires go where. Having difficulty finding the W diagram.

    As usual, thanks in advanced.

My main gripe with LED lighting is the color temperature. 6500 kelvin is very high. I would hate it as a primary headlight source. Especially in inclement weather on a dark night.

IMO anything higher than 4300K is too 'thin' and when the pavement is wet, the light almost becomes useless. Even my projected HIDs at 4500K are just a tad too high even tho they put out a lot of light, way more usable light than unprojected LEDs will ever produce.

Below 4000K is much better for low beam headlight light.

100% duty cycle at what psi...?

Just saying that for 31s or 33s wish i had double it and still ran the 5 gallon tank like i have now.

Not that yours isnt a good purchase for you, just something to consider especially when looking at the big picture and how where you will mount it. Alas there is a whole thread on personal experiences ect.
