    I'm there Saturday! Maybe Sunday too if the rain isn't as bad as they say, but deff Saturday. The wife and I need to pick up our season passes and want to make at least a half day of it. She's a newer skiier so isn't super fast/good, but will go down most trails. If you are there Saturday I'd be happy to meet up and do a few rides.

    After looking at the weather I think Saturday is our day too. We're able to get down most blues and some blacks but I'm still relatively new to skiing (been a snowboarder my whole life and just picked up telemark a few years ago) so I still prefer groomers. Happy to make some runs if we can manage to connect while we're there.

    Cool, I think we would be well matched, I only venture into the woods when my cousin goads me on and makes me do trails I'm not comfortable with :rofl: But that's what the helmet is for I suppose

    I just checked the website and they had 8 trails last night and only 7 this morning!! Hoping they open up a couple more or it won't be a super long day. I don't feel bad only going for a few hours now that I have a pass though.

    Going to groom the xc trails again this morning before I head out. Parents said the skiing was great yesterday on them, hopefully between now and Tuesday when it cools down they don't get destroyed.

    @BadDNA only one way down the hill reallyand wife isn’t comfortable with the bottom half. We won’t be here long today unfortunately. It’s great skiing tho!!

    Yeah I do a loop or two with the snowmobile and then have a drag I tow behind to leave some cord down! Was a beautiful morning to be out. Berk east is great too, sun rose over the mountain as I rode the lift up for the first run! Stinks my wife is such a noob!!

    @DrFunker realize
    You meant tracks for skis I have an attachment to do that but my parents don’t like it. It’s drives my XC skiing brother crazy.

    It really is perfect out there, saw a few people pulled over on rt 2 taking photos of the river. I ended up getting some xc skiing in and it was great. Fast and well packed, but still soft enough to control yourself on a downhill.

    Was a nice day but the limited options got boring quickly. We did a half dozen runs and packed it in.

    We've both got some back country gear we want to get some real use out of, happy to come out and give it a go. The local golf courses are fun but we don't get enough snow down here for more than a couple of days a season.

    I have a few places I like to go to when the conditions are right. Let's get a solid base down and then we can connect.
