I have the same setup and truck. I installed my UCA's well before my suspension. The only thing I like to make sure of is that the whole bushing is greased in and out. I have never heard squeak once. I would try loosening the bolt and pump the shit out of it with fresh grease like mentioned above. Hope you get this fixed.

Have any pictures of your setup? Happy to take a look and let you know if anything looks out of the norm.
Sometimes it takes a minute for the grease to work its way down the intended path. Driving for a bit will allow everything to break in. Let us know if the noise continues. Happy to figure out a solution

We don't recommend driving with hardware improperly torqued. If a bolt is loose it could cause major problems.

    UCA Pivot Bolt | 85 ft/lbs
    UCA Spindle Thru-Bolt | 110 ft/lbs

Please let us know if you have any questions

    Toyota's are awesome
Was the final torque on the UCA through bolt done on the ground or in the air?

I had squeaking bushings from the TC UCAs but then I took them out. Greased them with the green marine/waterproof grease and then no more squeaking. Just my 2 cents.

Yeah you really need to grease these puppies up. Dry grease for the uniball.

Dont grease the outside of the bushing just where the sleeve goes through the bushing. I'm pretty sure that's what it says in the install instructions from @TOTAL CHAOS
    Maybe they can confirm this?

Correct - grease where the sleeve goes through the bushing, not the outside of the bushing.
