Anyone know of any updates to the fix Toyota was supposedly working on last year?

No issues at all with my 17’ clean your MAF sensor...the simplest solution tends to be the right one...

So similar I’ve had mine for a year and a half bought it brand new. Has roughly 30,000 miles on it and the issue was always there but I think it’s getting worse.
My issue is it doesn’t seem to shift. when going up a hill and it should downshift it doesn’t , until it’s way too late at which point it revs the RPMs almost full throttle screams and then jerks up the hill. When starting from a stop it is super sluggish and won’t downshift. As if it is in to high of a year?! It’s my believe that the truck is always in fourth gear. it has a manual override option and when you use that it always shows it’s in fourth gear. perhaps that is the default but either way the problem exists. I get the same runaround BS from the techs to and they’re just a bunch a well .... Let’s call them people.

Recently I also am getting a screaming noise or a screeching noise. Sounds exactly like a train stopping this doesn’t happen all the time but it seems to be happening more and more often.... and it’s only when I accelerate.
Would love to hear of others have more of this scenario as I am speaking with Toyota about this to have them buy it back. I didn’t just invest my money into a top-of-the-line Toyota truck for something that won’t hold it’s value
