    Nice video, just watched it. Seems like for the price acetone and atf is the way to go if you cant apply heat to whatever is stuck!

    back at it..

    Got the driver side UCA and Spindle out (still need to remove BJ's from it :rolleyes:) and and some other misc shit. Had to massage the inner fender a little to get the UCA out. UCA bushings were almost non existent.. started looking at the new uppers to replace the bushings with the Poly ones.. and not sure if I really want to deal with burning out these brand new rubber bushings. I'll definitely do the lowers with the Poly, as they will be going in the new DJM lowering control arms. Also heard the uppers with Poly squeak bad on these trucks. Need to remove the torsion bars to get the lowers out.. then get the BJ's off the spindle, and the driverside suspension will about be done. the steering components are still the biggest PITA at the moment. unable to break any of it free..

    got the torsion bar and lca out. now trying to get the old bushing out. need to make a run to Autozone.. gonna try something to get it out, plus gonna grab a BJ puller.

    Hell yeah. Picked up a Tierod/Pitman arm puller and some other goodies. Got both the driver side BJ's off the spindle and the pitman and outer tierod knocked out already. Tomorrow shall definitely be productive.

    Got all the steering out. driver side is ready for reassembly. Energy Poly bushing is in. Lyd gave me the new DJM lowering arms early.. they are sexy! another week or two and the front end will be done. just gotta order the leafs, rear poly bushings, and lowpro bumps front/rear. should have it back on the road and ready for an alignment the beginning of January! wheels are back from refinishing and custom color too.. :cool:
