Oh, don't get me wrong, we aren't friends. We just have a healthy understanding and a mutual respect for one another...both just trying to make a living.

They replace the grates altogether on gas grills. But for charcoal grills they sit on top of existing grates. They eliminate flare ups with sausage, chicken, well everything.

The bucket trap picture I stole off the internet, didn't feel like going down to the garage to take a picture of mine :anonymous:. I know some people use antifreeze so it doesn't freeze up like water and looks like that one has it. But I never would use it because of pets. My garage is somewhat heated, just above freezing. So I use water. I do hate the sound of the little buggers scratching on the sides of the bucket until they drown. I'm getting soft in my old age LOL.

Did you check out their meat department?! It is where I get all my steaks now. And most other meats. Their prime grade capsteaks are to die for and only place I have ever seen capsteak. I cut the string holding them together and wrap in bacon. Well because bacon.

I made the mistake of trying to shovel off some more snow and ice on the deck, did me in and gave up on the smoker. Think that is why my joints hurt so bad today I over did it with the shovel yesterday. Could hardly grab the handle today. Last Sunday spent 5 hours shoveling but it keeps spitting an inch here and inch there what a PITA. So making spaghetti sauce instead. Went to drain the grease out of the meat and couldn't hold the damn pan. So dug out the baster and pulled the grease out. Learning how to work around things but I sure hope they come up with something for me soon. Yeah this getting old shit sucks LOL.
