Lessons learned. Don't rivnut over rubber. One of my nuts started to turn. What a pain. I'll have to go back later and fix it. Otherwise all hooked up. Just in time before work.

So I while back I relocated my blinkers to my side marker lights. I just drilled a hole in the housing and used a wire harness from a Ford running light or blinker I believe. Anyways it utilizes a 194 bulbs so it was an easy fit.
Well the light output was dismal to say the least. So I was looking @austinmtb build and saw that he done a similar swap but used an led bulbs and probably a better plug.

So I thought I'd give it a try. that led is way brighter !!
So here's what my housing looks like.

So my smittybilt GEAR seat covers have served me well ish but they were definitely on their way out. 20181208_010217.jpgbut man were they great for holding a bunch of crap.
    20181208_010647.jpg
So Amazon was having a sale.OneTigris Car Seat Back... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072BV84GM?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf
So I thought I'd give them a try.they have a little less restate then the smittybilt's but I was able to get everything back on there.
    20181208_031540.jpg
And now my seat doesn't look as ratty. If they dont hold up at least it was only $25. And I'll brake down and get the hard plastic ones.but there like 80-120$.

Yes sir. I'm super excited. I got a smoking deal on a 10k winch. But I didn't come with any mounting hardware. And the rope looked like it was on its last legs. So I'm going to polish the peverbal turd.

Kinda of being a slacker, that and work but not in yet. I did pick up the last pieces . I needed the bolts for the fairlead. So my plan is to have it knocked out on or by wed.

Also I think I'm gonna be elevating my sleeping status tomorrow morning . If everything looks good I'll be the owner of a rtt !!

Do it man! I got my first one a while back and it has completely changed my camping routine. It’s so easy to use and haul and makes camp set up and tear down twice as fast at least. If you find a good deal jump on it quick, it won’t last.

So though I'd fix my hyper blinking. From what I saw it's just a matter of reaching up and unplugging the old relay and replacing it with a led friendly on . Easy peasy.
    So I got this one.
    20181216_114700.jpg
And my fat hands and excessively large body found that it being easy peasy was false.! Good things Tacoma's are easy to take apart
    20181216_120909.jpg
Still relatively easy it was just more work than I thought it be. High note it's all fixed and blinking normally.
