Need some help from y’all please....

We are getting oil in the water as evidenced by the milky oil in the overflow bottle and in the radiator. The motor oil is clean! No water in the oil at all. My son told me it did overheat on him.

Question, how in the heck am I getting oil into the water system and zero oil in the engine? What is damaged? Head gasket? Oil cooler? Cracked block? Something else?

Thanks for any help, opinions ortheory’s

    Manual Transmission??

How much oil have you had to add to the engine??

Oil and Coolant don`t play well it most often turns into a thick milk shake mess .

just how hot did things get crack in the head between a oil passage and the coolant since oil pressure is higher it will push into the coolant .

    At best just a guess

Yes, manual trans, it only got hot for a short bit. I pulled thermostat and it looked suspicious so I replaced it with Toyota part.

Pulled it apart, Head gasket(s) are leaking. I’ll be talking the heads to a machine shop to check em out. I’ll let ya know the outcome.

    Thanks!
