    I just picked up a 2019 Taco with the premium package and was thinking of adding a Prinsu roof rack to it, but was curious to hear if you've had any issue with using the moon/sunroof with the rack installed. Obviously it'll block it somewhat, but I just wanted to make sure you can still open it with out any interference.

    Congrats on the new truck! No issues at all. Tilts and opens like normal and has plenty of clearance when it's tilted up. Be sure to check out the Prinsu thread and read the recommended installation methods. I used a leather punch to punch out the weather stripping for the spacers and they came out really clean looking. It's definitely the worst part of the installation but everything else was super smooth. Good luck!

    Updates galore:

    RCI front, trans, and transfer case skids. 1/4" aluminum, powder coated black. Great quality product, transmission skid plate install is kind of stupid IMO, but it works. There's probably some really good reason I don't know about why they use the most challenging holes possible to mount to the trans cross member.

    Caliraised 0 degree step sliders. Also a great quality product. Install information is lacking at the moment so it took longer than it probably should have to install. I really like that the filler plates are aluminum but riveting them on was definitely a pain in the ass.

    Caliraised Fog Lights, Slim 42" light bar, and ditch lights with mounts. Wired them up to the necessary relays and CH4x4 switches.

    Thanks! So far I am happy with them. They are quite bright and seem effective, though I wouldn’t say I have had to give them a real test since we don’t have much fog in my area and I haven’t had a trip with them yet. I know they aren’t the best possible pod but they have great output, the price is right, and the brackets caliraised makes are top notch.

    Do you shoe to your spot and ride down? I'll check the cal for weekends or Saturdays free... they are sparse right now - which is not a complaint cause I'm loving every minute of parenthood but it does make whimsical snow runs more challenging.

    Hey,

    Super rad build man. Really inspirational. I also live in Marin and wondering where you had your suspension done or if you did it yourself? I've got fox 2.5s coming in next month and struggling to decide if I should man up and do it myself or let the pros handle it. I dont have a place to do it since I live on and hill, I also have no experience with truck suspension and need my truck back up and running same day. Thinking it's best to have a shop do it since I'll need alignment regardless.

    Maybe some day I'll be able to afford to mod out my truck like this right now all my funds go into house payments and mountain bike parts..
