    Ok just to pour salt in the wound.

    Under both bathroom sinks, I found major mouse entry points.

    Cleaned up the one downstairs and then went to wall up the opening (previous owner did a craptastic job). Realise I have to pull the whole cabinet and sink out to fix it.

    So in a hurry I cut plywood and boarded it up.


    Put a screw right through the cold water pipe.
