Yes, it can be a problem depending on when I try. @ChadsPride, can a mod (show you how to) add a "hard stop page break" after the larger sections of the first 20?
OR, do you think the world would stop is "someone" transferred the ever growing meets to their own post elsewhere on the thread - and that page just hosts a LINK to the actual post? IE - on page one you would see a Headline of all the meets, with maybe one pic, and then a link to all the edits/adds? (Editing would be better, because by next year.....) It's a thought..

Not opposed to this at all, as I like the location sort. Though all this info CAN be provided on the side bar. This could be edited up from your master list, and "someone" could be volunteered. I note that not everyone uses their real name, so could be "anonymous" is insisted on, and could include vehicle nickname for fun, if they want.

Checked on SATX posts, and he's not checking in today. Hope he's just busy and taking his meds!

When the next calendar comes around, I grant my permission for use of any group shots that TTC Official deems suitable.

Ready to shoot my neighbor’s adult sons. She’s out of town and they’re housesitting...and I found a beer bottle today that was thrown from their patio into my back yard. It wasn’t there yesterday.

If the bottle was thrown at one of my dogs or had broken on impact, the police would be involved.

I’m always aware that folks might feel threatened because I’m the HOA President, but this is simply bullshit asshole behavior and I ain’t having it.

I go out of my way to treat all my neighbors with respect, but I demand it in return. As soon as these little assholes come back from whatever the fuck they’re doing today we will have words.

 

Yea, I really hate assholes that don't respect other people. Too bad you don't have video of them. Not to report them but more to hold over their heads.

 

Just about done with this project!

This was a clients request after doing some other work at her house she insisted I restore this table for her.

This bad boy right here was built in 1852 by her great great grandfather and it's been passed down an getting more and more beat up as the years pass.

It was all in pieces an everything was broken and pretty damn rough shape I put it back together fixed it all up, brought the joinery up to the 21th century sanded all nice and its ready to seal up. Ready for another 100 years!

WHOA there, big fellas! Don't confuse me with some kind of chef or anything. Kraft. From a box. But it was "White Cheddar" (ooooooohhh!), and I pour Stubbs BBQ sauce on the sausage, and simmer for a couple hours, and make my OWN Ambrosia (from fruit cans)!

Oh, but two boxes and it's all ate up!

 

Some beautiful stuff, Cody. Wife brought home a similar looking table when she was teaching in Bastrop. Wood was so brittle, legs (spindles) literally broke in my hands. Good thing she wanted it modified into something else! Lotta work, I made it sturdy, but only shiny, not beautiful. I think she wanted some Bears logo on it, so it covered a multitude of defects.

Amazing you did such beautiful work with wood that old!

Count your blessings. My neighborhood is a little too old and renter filled for such things as an HOA. I have nice houses and people on the street, but too many rented duplex junk, a neighbor that has mud and weeds for a yard, and across the street, on the corner, I kid you not, the "junk man" now has a port a potty sitting in the yard. I thought it would disappear - guess it's time for a call. No less than 6 "abandoned" cars parked on the West end...… You have it pretty good!
