No harness needed, just plug in the new bulbs and you’re good to go.

Do I need different bulbs for the fogs and high beams? or do I just run the H11's through out.

The Hikari Philips LED bulbs should be fine for the high beams too. I kept my high beams stock halogen since I really don't use them much. Not sure about using Hikaris as fog lights. I have the Morimoto XB LED fogs and can personally recommend them. Easy install and they match the LED DRLs and Hikari LED low beams very well. Plus they look tinted when they're off for additional cool factor.

LED are also susceptible to moisture, vibration and lifespan because of overheat and if that happens you can't just replace the bulb or ballast, you have to replace the whole thing which isn't cheap.

Good LEDs also are marginally less expensive to HID and sometimes even more expensive than HID. Lotta variables
