Patched headliner, loud rack, too much shit in the bed

Hey guys,
I have a dumb question. My passenger headlight is going from working to a low dim and then back again. It is also flashing the high beam signal on the dash, on and off.
Thanks for any help!!
Bad bulb? They are only 1 year old.
bad relay?
something in the pig tail?
