If the prinsu site has the same photos from when Zach owned it the cabrack picture on the dark silver doublecab Tacoma is his.

dammit, i just paid my bills and have no cash. I need to look at specs of cab rack to see if I'll still be able to pull it into garage. Is 2nd gen cabrac same as 3rd gen?

    Hey All,
New guy here. Wanted to stop by and say hello. Little bit out of the Lou, but I tend to hit up the O'Fallon, St. Peters, St. Charles, Wentzville area pretty often for groceries, going out and the like. Been a lurker here on TW for quite some time, but happened to stumble upon this here thread last night while attempting to do a little mod research, and thought, what the heck, I'll finally make an account. Looking forward to chatting with you all and possibly getting in on some of the meet ups. Got my Tacoma way back in 2010, thanks to my parents who I'm now paying back, and I've enjoyed every minute of having her. Haven't really done much in the way of real offroading, guess I'm not brave enough to risk significant damage to my only vehicle, having been through it before after only having the truck a few months (some pretty sweet road conditions led to laying on the driver's side in the ditch just a half mile from home). But, how 'bout a couple pics of my Belle?

The early, mostly un-moded stage in her life with me, back in 2014, with just the Bilsteins and rear AAL and Aero Turbine muffler.

    Tacoma4.jpg

Fast forward to 2018 and the most recent pic I happen to have of miss Belle.

    AfterlightImage (1).jpg

Just swapped out my set of standard Cali-Raised pods this week for a pair of Squadron Sports, and the extra light is super nice for the deer infested roads up here north of St. Louis and back around my parents.

That's all for now I suppose. Can't say I'm too sure how my posting will go, as I tend to be pretty low key on social media, but here's to new friends and new learning experiences and let the adventure continue!

That would be sweet, if nothing more than to just hang out and lend a hand! Got a lot of ideas flying around the ole noggin', but the finances only allow so much at a time, as I'm sure we're all familiar with.

Lots of socializing is done as well. You’ll get to finger poke allot of different setups and talk to the owners about what they’ve done and why and of course what their end goal is. Helps wrap your head around the possibilities and also hear admissions about why they won’t go a certain route or use a certain part or mod again. Toyota people tend to be quite straight forward about admitting to setup mistakes they’ve made in the past and what they did to rectify them. We also like to share details of what went right as well to save each other some head scratching later on.

Finished my RTMR setup today. I'm very pleased with it. I also installed a anytime rear camera mod. But I'm having issues with it. Check Engine Light came on when I pressed the button. Going to have to figure this one out tomorrow. Any here are pics of RTMR. Enjoy!

Fixed my backup camera issue. Had to install a relay so that when I pushed a switch it wasnt injecting 12v into the reverse sensor of the ECU when it was in Drive. I think that's what was causing the CEL.

Not sure but quotes for my 2nd gen were to the moon at local businesses. The cheapest I was told was $2400 without a locker from schiele, highest was axle boys at $3800, there were 2 in between those (keep in mind these prices were with a “discount” for pulling the third and clamshell myself). Really, nobody can come close to touching ECGS’s prices.
