    I know and it breaks our hearts knowing there are so many in need. When the time comes we will definitely rescue. Unfortunately our schedule keeps us away from the house too long during the day to have dogs. An average day for us is 13 hours. But it varies from 11 to 15.

    Yea, and that's what makes it worse. Growing up I always had a dog.

    But we know it's not healthy for dogs for them to be left alone for long periods.
