2TRunner I’ve enjoyed every page of this build/bs so far. Mad props to you and your SC. Now I need a locker in my prerunner so I can hit some trails with y’all and maybe even have a safety meeting or two!

Much appreciated!! The locker is the 1st mechanical mod I did, other than suspension. On one hand I say, Heck Yeah, do a locker!!. On the other, I say, keep the prerunner nice, still go to meets, pick up a beater 4x4 if ever possible, put the locker in it and hit the trails. Either way I guess, Do a Locker!! It's been a very good purchase and it's on road manners have been completely deal-able. I do need some weight in the bed, had some, took it out, locked back end in a SC truck with no weight, been fun once or twice, lol.

The safety meeting is also never to hard to find, lol. If it's meet weekend. And I'm visible. A impromptu meeting is always highly likely. :spy:

Looking at Gears and Sliders as the next 2 mods. I got myself covered to where I could get front and rear gear sets ( :D ) , but then my little stockpile would be gone. ( :( )

The only concern I have with a locker is the rough roads I drive daily. The roads aren’t very well maintained here in Louisiana. It’d have to be a ARB or E-locker so I could choose when to engage it. My father in law has 4 4x4 toyotas. 2 late 80s-early 90s models a 1st gen and a 2nd gen. I’m jealous lol. Personally my prerunner needs a turbo with long travel for a dd then I can have a 4x4 for when I want mud and tearing stuff up.
