    @Unchained 5150

Rick, I am going to say maybe.

    https://www.max-modular.com/shop-max-modular/max-modular-18-high-toyota-tacoma-bed-rack

This, with a set of the bike platforms and my current mount, is what I had in mind. I have been holding out on getting a cap, simply because I need the box, and putting the bikes INSIDE is a no go, and same with on the roof. Besides, i need the roof for paddle toys.

I am wondering how those would fit between a fiberglass cap and bed... almost makes me okay with an aluminum cap, as that would be compatible...

I know you can see that in your mirror... any bouncing around?

Very little but there is some movement. Just keep me posted as I have a whole Yakima Roof Rack System new in boxes of you want to deal. And they make attachments to the Yakima racks for your paddle toys

I may have something that will work. Not sure if I tossed them or not. Will have to look.

It is a piece of metal bar that has been bent to hold the handle bars and top tube steady. Used to use it on when I mounted the bikes on my tonneau cover.

I’ll probably be lying low as well. Dinner and a couple drinks maybe. I always offer to work 1/1 day shift because the other guys like to go out and tear it up lol

But we will see i suppose!

That's nice of you to take it for the team, I'm sure they appreciate that. I am glad I don't go out and tear it up anymore, the morning (or days) after just isn't worth it anymore for me.

I was thinking of taking the wife out for dinner, need to call a place probably today to make sure I get a seat. We do tend to eat as soon as places open though, which makes it easier.

Any nice places out your way you'd recommend? You guys aren't too far and we've been to most places I'd want to go over here.

Depends what you like, I was thinking about trying to get reservations at Emma’s. Killer little Italian place not too far from home. Prices are about average but everything is made in house. If not there, then Nini’s in Easthampton. Same deal on pricing and quality. I prefer Emma’s though.

@Chasespeed I got all this new in boxes if you want to make a sweet deal. You will still be able to put all the paddle toys on top. Baseline Towers with 2005-2015 Baseline Clips 125 and 128 you are a 3rd Gen so the rear clips will need to be Base Clip 145. 60 inch Jetstream Bars Black, 30 inch crossbar pads, and a new in the package Forklift Bike Mount that goes on the Roof Rack, comes with all matching locks and a separate single wheel front tire holder that attaches to the Jetstream Bars. Looking at well over 900.00 worth of stuff for 600.00 of Best Offer. I can send you pics later. Just let me know as I'm sure we can work something out.

I'm looking at that, and trying to sort out how it works...

Unless it literally attaches how it its oriented in the pic? And the straps holt that?

For now, I think I am okay, thanks a ton though.

My short term, SHOULD be statisfied.. its the long term, where I am having trouble...

Rick, is that a whole yakima roof rack setup(sans rear clips)? If so, yes, that is a damn good price.....

If so, do you happen to know the load capacity?

My biggest concern with the bikes on the roof, is trees. I constantly snag branches with my ladders on my van.

I will keep it in mind though.

    Yall are awesome, thanks

Crossbars hold up to 165 pounds where the OEM Roof Rack is 100

Going to Mario's in New Lebanon with a bunch of friends. After we head over to Jiminy Peak and they have a torch lit parade down the mtn followed by a fireworks show.
I have been in the parade for the past 11 yrs, and lead it the past 3. Havent decided if I'm doing the parade yet as I gave work on New years day at 730.
