My experience gettgng recall work done at Findlay Toyota in Prescott was second to none. I had never been there before, walked in and said I have a truck with a recall, they looked it up, said the parts would be there the next day, have it there at 7:30 am. I took truck, they took me to work, then came an got me when the truck was ready at 10:30, and they had even washed it. Then the finance girl gave me a camo Toyota cap. I would go back

So what are you expecting? Agreement? Applause? Someone to feel sorry for you? Support you? Warn others not to go there?

Fix seems simple, go to a different dealership.

Do they have a $60,000 Tacoma Pro by chance? Serious question though, isn’t the price on the window sticker?

Findlay Toyota in Las Vegas was probably the most trustworthy and best to work with of ANY Toyota dealership I have ever worked with.

I went to Wolfchase Toyota in Memphis and spent an hour with a salesman and sales manager and got an agreed to price, no deposit. Six weeks later my 18 TRD arrived and the pre-agreed to money changed hands. Both of us were happy. $2250 under sticker plus sales tax etc which was all included in the agreed to price. No surprises.

Camelback wasn't bad. Superstition had some really dumb people there. Case in point. Superstition let me walk out the with 25k cash in hand. Never let them know if I was gonna trade the G2 or not. I wanted the price of the truck (used). They wouldn't budge on wanting me to take a wide load with wet sand. I laughed and told them to have the finance guy talk to them about time value of money. Went over to Camelback and after some back and forth, me basically telling them time of value of money and how Toyota corp wants to see cars moved and how 20 years old's will give them the best margin etc... I got a good deal on a 2018 OR 4 door. TTL right about 33k out the door. Good luck

I have no experience with Findlay on the sell side.

However, my brother and I have extensive experience with their shop. Their mechanic "Gera" is phenomenal and extremely fair. He has done wonders for my brother's long-travel 2nd Gen DCSB. Could not be more pleased with his professionalism and work product. He is very into off road taco's and is at the top of his game as a technician.

Yeah man I'm not sure. I needed to bitch for sure. I suppose warn others of a shitty experience, hope for a suggestion on a decent place to try and buy a truck. Get trolled by some fuck thinking a draft an military has anything to do with getting a hard time or bad deal trying to buy a truck. I'm a military retiree, so what good would drafting me have done? You're implying that by being in the service it magically makes people more something. I'm trying to figure out what that something is.
