How does everyone feel about a leveling kit? About all I do is take gravel roads, and the occasional trail, but mostly highway and back roads .My f150 had a leveling kit and it seemed fine to me . When I buy a leveling kit do I need one that comes with the back block or just a front puck,

Leveling a truck is lifting the front to match the stock back, as the back is always higher so it can take a load in the bed. Lifting is both front and back, so if you want to level, it’s just the front.

Yeah I understand that .When you Google leveling kit there are many that have a back block included. Was just wondering why they offer that .I'm probably just going to order the leveling puck then have it professionally installed to keep my warranty.

The dealer said as long as I have it professionally installed then my warranty will stay in tact .

They call em spacers but yea it’s the same as a “puck”. Do you ever use your truck as a truck? If yes, then I would reconsider leveling the truck as it will be nose high if you ever use the bed. Also that’s BS about the warranty, dealers don’t make the call on what’s covered or not, that’s Toyota. Now if that dealer is going to either cover themselves out of their pocket or lie to Toyota (commit fraud) then that’s a different story. But bottom line if you install any aftermarket parts then a claim can be denied if something related to that part fails.
