    Spent the whole weekend out in the woods. Ended up seeing one spike and a tiny doe Saturday night and that was it. My dad shot a little 7 point that afternoon around 4:30. Weighed in around 175 so not too bad. Typically our deer are nocturnal at this point so hopefully that means the rut is about to start. Looking forward to going back after Christmas.

    when teachin the boys to hunt when they were little, showin them deer sign and stuff i pulled this on both. tossed a handfull of chocolate raisins on ground. whats that, deer poop dad. i would pic one up and eat it.
