Long time stalker, first time poster to TacomaWorld... I apologize if these questions have been posted, I just haven't been able to find the anwser.

Issue. I have a knocking or a clacking sound when I either go from drive to reverse; however, I have heard the sound when there has be a forward momentum load on the front suspension like going over a speed bump or going down steep decline. I have brought my Taco to the dealership and they said they had to replace a shock absorber. That fixed the problem, sort of, about a month later the sound was back. Brought the truck back. Technician said a bolt was need to be tightened on the upper suspension. A month later sound is back. Is this an issue other people are having and how did you fix it?

Follow on question. What is the highest suspension lift I can go without voiding manufacture warranty on a 2016 TRD or ruining the lock differentials?

    Thanks for any help!
