never even heard of them until I saw your post. it is stainless, but not polished stainless like some of the other higher dollar exhaust kits. still, for $250 it might be decent enough. I don't plan to put exhaust on mine as I hate the sound of a V6 or 4 banger with loud exhaust. no matter how you try or how much you spend, it won't sound like a V8. I have done it many times in the past, and it just isn't the same.

Probably like it fits, like shit. It looks like a cowboy cackler set up. A surefire way to lure all the sweat hogs out of the nearest Golden Corral

Have you tried any local muffler shops? Maybe one that caters to pickups? Seems around the price of what a shop can set up for you, but it'll be coming from experts who know what kind of sound you are going for. This system just looks like a shot in the dark. I have a hard time imagining it sounding good.

Like the guy above me stated, im not a big fan of 4 cyl and most v6s with modified exhausts...ours just gets too ricey when rpms get high, it's not that deep throaty v8 growl everyone loves. Granted I've heard some 370z that sound amazing but the majority of 4 and 6 cyls just dont do it for me.

The sad part is when people remove higher quality OEM parts and replace them with junky parts for a look or a sound.

If I was going to put an exhaust on my truck it would be TRD or Borla.

    I'm an elitist prick...

I can't see spending $600+ on an exhaust.
$250 for dual tips interests me, but I wish someone had it to know how loud it is and how it fits.
They're easy to take on and off, so returning to OEM takes 30 minutes.
I agree you usually get what you pay for... that's why I was hoping someone has already bought this.

You can't see yourself spending $600 on an exhaust, but can see yourself R and R the exhaust twice and the hassle of shipping it back if the quality sucks?

Good point, but yes I would if I could get a positive review from someone.
If no ones chimes in with history of trying, then I'm not going to waste my time buying.

Someone has to be the beta tester. I just can't imagine the quality being that good.

looking at it again, the Y pipe coming out of the muffler is tiny so my bet is it will sound ricey/tin canny at best. I would pass. any decent muffler shop ought to be able to simulate this with true full sized pipe coming out of the muffler all the way back. sound is about all you will get from any exhaust on these trucks, performance is all in the eye of the beholder.

From the pictures, it looks to be the exact same design as MBRP's dual exhaust.
    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01JRMLBYA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_t1_ZoBiCb0P00115

I have MBRP's dual exhaust. At first it was a little two loud, ricey at high RPMs and bad drone at cruising speeds.
After the first month, the tone from the exhaust has mellowed out, and maintains a deeper note higher up in the RPMs.
The drone was not as bad as the first weeks.

After 3 months, it sounds smoother and more rounded. Love the sound of the crackles and downshifts.

Now just last week, I got high temp flue tape and lap joint band clamps to replace the u bolt style clamps.

And resonanted exhaust tips to kill off the remaining drone.
So no more drone, and the plus of WOT all the way to red line no longer sounds ricey.

That's what I was afraid of... Not really wanting highway drone.
    What tips did you buy?

I think drone comes with having a louder exhaust.
The drone on the duals are not as bad and doesn't sound as riced as the MBRP single 3"
You can add a JPipe resonator or add a bullet style resonator before the muffle.
Since an enclosed resonator works much better than one at the tips.

    I got 2 DC Sports 2.5" to 4"
    https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003D4KA6Y/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_t1_nKBiCbFNMZ99H
Same size as the ones that came with my exhaust.
Initially got them, cause I didn't like the MBRP stamped on the tips.
Read that resonated tips don't do anything other than for style.
Thought to might as well get a resonated version, since the price difference was minimal.

Glad I that I did get the resonated tips.
While not big, it is noticeable. Though the crackles and downshifts are harder to hear... Almost completely gone...

Contemplating on doing one resonated, and one without it, so I can still keep the crackle and downshift noise while cutting out half the drone.

@Rainoffire Do you remember how the extra hangers get installed? Do they attach to existing holes, or did you have to drill?

Can you post a pic from rear?
