Creaky Clutch Pedal?

Hi Folks,

I've noticed over the last 5k miles or so my clutch pedal is not operating super smoothly. Sometimes it's worse than others, but if I let my foot off the clutch slowly it doesn't really "glide" back into place and it also makes a creaking noise. Functionally, everything is working and the truck shifts fine.

I've never had a clutch pedal do this - even in my vehicles well over 100k miles. I was wondering if anybody else with a manual transmission has had this issue.

I have my 20k service at the dealer in a few weeks and was going to have them check it out while everything is still under warranty but figured I'd see if anybody knows of a quick fix here first.

Common Toyota clutch problem

When it’s real cold, mine is very slow until it’s cycled a few times and the fluid is warmed up

Creaky pedal, you need to grease the pivot points.

It’s been an issue since like 2005
