I currently have the Morimoto 2stroke and with in a year and a half I am now on my second warranty replacement for the fan dying and the LED going out. Not to mention they are tough to put in since there is minimal room for them to fit without pulling out the headlight assembly.

Just curious on what you guys have had success with.IMG_1701.jpg IMG_1700.jpg IMG_1699.jpg

I think you will find that an H9 bulb will give you more light, and the correct optical geometry too. All you have to do is a small mod to the socket with a dremel, takes 5 minutes.

Been running xenon depot LED's (no fans) for about 6 months. Been great so far.

A back step for when I get older, Carhartt seatcovers, 4Runner wheels, Topper, and "tats all folks"! --for now!!
I 2nd this -Just got the lows for my Taco and a set of lows also for my wife's Subaru. So far so good. I will be ordering hi beams (same model for his and lows) for both vehicles tomorrow.
Only complaint is the cooling fins (heat sinks) are a little tight and harder to spread out (wings) for the low beams on the Tacoma. not much extra room up in the corners towards the fenders

Headlight Revolution Supernova v3 led. They are a year old, working perfect. Light output and cut off is awesome and plug and play. Highly recommend.

Supernova V4 from headlight revolution, 2 year warranty. They made huge improvements from the v3s. Brighter and uses a fan and just as small as the v3s to fit in with ease 2BB9EFAC-0615-4D95-8085-4261CCC5E823.jpg 2E85B554-48C9-43D5-82F4-9123F370E6F4.jpg

That first one looks more like a piston than a bulb, that thing is huge. I'd go hid the led light drop off isn't that good. I have a set of headlight revolution led and they don't throw that far down the road. Not v4, but. Also if you use the auto high beam or the cruise sensor leds reflect off signs terrible and cause issues.

Will Morimoto replace your old style 2stroke with their new model?
They're considerably smaller and install easier with no modifications.
They're also brighter than the old model.

They just got back to me and are going to replace the bad one with the new model and give me 50% off for the second.
