    Can't beat the deep but not harsh tone of the newer 5.0 Fords either. My dad had a 2013 5.0 for 2 or 3 years and now has the 2017 2.7 ecoboost. Both are powerful, but you can't beat a v8 sound. I'm partial to the older steel bodies and the natural aspiration of the 5.0, though...Maybe I'm old-fashioned, but I don't want a 4cyl turbo fullsize truck. My ideal F150 is a 2014 (last model year of the steel bodies) 4x4 Supercrew Long Bed FX4 5.0 with locking diff. and a level or small lift (2" front, 1" rear maybe), although I was pleasantly surprised with how much the short bed could fit...WAY deeper bed than our Tacos. Not to mention, the Supercrew took bumps like a cadillac and had a back seat more spacious than our front seats!

    I personally hate the Ecopoops, the 2.7 makes it sound like a Civic IMO.
