    I plugged mine into my 4ft firestik.. it seems to be working well. I tested it initially with the antenna it came with, but the reception wasnt that good. Plugged in the firestik just to see if it would work, and reception seemed better

    Well, truck is running good, been daily driving it the past few days. Seems like perhaps I should've replaced the pilot bearing when I had it all apart, but other than that, all is well. Just getting a minor rattle/loose sound when decelerating. Probably just going to drive it until something explodes or it needs another clutch as I don't feel like dropping the trans again.

    Also did quite a bit of research on turbos today and what all it takes to set one up for the 2tr-fe. Looks like stock internals are good up to about 400 crank hp, so there are lots of gains to be had safely on the stock block. Seems like a nice setup can be had for 3k-3.5k, and there is lots more room to grow with the turbo vs. the more expensive URD supercharger. Just need some help getting all the piping welded up and ran after I get everything together. Probably will start accumulating parts needed over the next year or so and if my stock motor doesn't pop before then, I will probably start out turboing the old motor.. Run it till it needs a rebuild and then go full retard on a built 2TR
