Some people use it to attach lights, and it makes a handy high lift jack point. Other than looks, those are the two functional attributes of the bull bar that I am aware of.

 

• Defer additional damage from hitting an animal
• Recovery points
• Winch mounting options
• Plastic protection (if you even care about your remaining plastic :shrug: )

 

All you need to do now is find someone with a SR or SR5 that wants to swap your their black inside door handles for your chrome ones. Both me and my brother in law did that. It’s a win-win!

Added some raptor lights that I got from runnin4tacos.com and some JDM ASTAR led turn signals.

 

Pulled stock tires off (with less than 1500 miles on them) for Nitto 265/75r16. Then my wife and I took her maiden voyage to the high desert in SoCal for some cold and windy off roading and of course some plinking at my buddy's place in the desert.

Found that the area on the floor beside the drivers seat is the perfect size to hold in place my Carnivore X Machete/Utility knife I got for Xmas. Natural bumps in the floor fold it in place and keep it from moving. Easy access with the door closed as well.
