Tacoma - OVTUNE - VFTUNER - Update Info and Original Development

1.05. Nothing against it. I’m used to it from factory tune and ovtune.

With exhaust I hear it much more than I should.

 

Are you set up to datalog? Very happy with 1.05 myself but Mat should be able to custom tune that out for you.

 

We should have all remaining AT files wrapped up tomorrow. MT comes after. I'm doing it in a structured way because I remember how previous releases went, when it was like dropping bloody meat in a shark tank. I'm trying to make everything go as smoothly as possible, as a result. It's a little slower. (Thanks to Windows blocking our direct downloads now).

Making all new code for the flash manager wasn't a quick bandaid fix. I worked on that for the last several days however it seems Microsoft is increasingly putting scrutiny on unsigned apps.


Regarding flash manager, we are working on building an installer because windows...now....does not like standalone exes doing direct file downloads.

 

Can't you just set an exception on windows defender for it? I have to do that with torrents.

Hope yours can be diagnosed I definitely do not have that. My wife noted how much quieter and smooth the truck felt.

I do have 265/75/16 tires like Mat’s test truck. Wonder if that is a factor.

mine does the same. also seems to short shift 3rd (only holds the grear for a few hundred rpm before going to 4th) , and also lock the converter right after shifting into 3rd (has arpm change 1-200 rpm after it shifts.).

going to drive it more to see if it settles only put about 25 miles on it on back country roads..
