Cheap Bumpers on eBay!!

I actually had to notch the lower section for the front 2 skid bolts/rad support bolts. But mine did come with the AC notch, already.
Get yourself some washers for sure. Helps with alignment on the front 6 bolt studs to keep the bumper off your flares and away from the grille.

 

I wouldn't sweat the lower section not being cut for where I had to. When I mentioned in here, most folks were very surprised about that part. Everyone expects to need the AC line notch done, it seems.

FYI, the lower section of mine had to flex a good bit to hit all 4 of the sway bar bushing bolt holes. It's a thinner steel, as opposed to the main upper part of the bumper.

Any plans for a winch later on?

 

If you ever decide to it can be installed without removal of the bumper just take grill off an the brace that runs in front of the radiator an it slips right in.

I have the Mobtown front skid and I only had to cut a little from the corners.

 

Finally got mine put on after a month or so. I think it could fit closer to the grill but it turned out alright. I couldn’t get the lower valance to line up right so I left it off.

 

Im thinking about getting this bumper for my '06. What do you think is needed to get the "valance" to line up? Not trying to nitpick, but it also looks like the left wing of the bumper isn't lined up with the middle section correctly.

I used harbor freight Bedliner to paint my grill fender flares and touch up some spots in the bumper (mine came with a dent). I rolled it on so it has a nice texted and looks similar to the bumper texture. Bought a gallon of it for $40

I noticed that when I posted the picture myself. As far as the valance it seemed like it had issues fitting over the lower recovery point and lining up with the sway bar bolt holes. It could probably be persuaded into place but I didn’t have the tools to do it.

 

Mind if I ask where you got those headlights. They look awesome
& did u paint those flares or is that stock

Sweet, I cheapped out an went Amazon route works for me just fine when I need it.

 

They are nice, been thinking auxbeam when the lenses get foggy or some leds burnout. If I was desert mobbin at speed I would have in a heartbeat.

 

Leave that shit off. Light bars are a fucking plague. Need to find a weekend to remove mine

 

I run old school PIAAs with yellow film. They do what they're supposed to do

I'm also one of those peeps that hates when people roll around with their fogs on all the time. Fog lights are for fog or offroading.
