Joined the club today. Ordered the elbow from way back a couple months ago... So used that, but wish the pre fab bent lines were available when I did.... Would definitely be a better way to go. But this will work. Did take some tweaking to get all the lines connected. The elbow sits in there really tight... I don't think it can move, but zip tied anyways because I'm redneck :homer:. I don't love how tight everything is though... Might at some point switch out to the bent line option.

Drives much nicer, like it should. Clutch engagement is so much faster. I believe 100% that the factory setup will cause the clutch to wear out faster. So I'm glad I did this.

I can tell more now how bad the throttle control is, even on OVTune 1.05 91 Full Otto it has a mind of its own and is slow to change state, rev down, etc. Hoping that still gets worked out.

    Nice work!

I will add that to the OP.

Please confirm that it bleeds easily? Usually, air traps can be problematic. Does the throw seem fine?

Also, please post links to the parts so that others can follow.

Considering that you are rocking a 2016, does that include both the pre-TSB shifting and the non-deleted accumulator? I'm just genuinely curious, noting the BS thread title.

Myself, owning MTs for a similar time, mine just felt wonky until I installed the TSB and deleted the accumulator.

Cars trucks and bikes here too. And in the same time range, but I guess that will be the majority of MT drivers nowadays. I did not do the TSB, and there was nothing really "wrong" in the stock configuration, just not what was expected. This mod gave me the feel I was expecting. And as we know, the feel of the vehicle is a major item when driving MT vehicles

+1. Which is a major reason that I avoid ride by wire bikes. My cabled throttle got me through ice and snow on too many stupid occasions. I don't want anything between my wrist and the motor if I can help it.

New years eve and new years day? first and last rides of the year? I used to feel compelled to do that in my younger days. I'm with you on the direct line the engine. Take up the slack, ( if any), in the clutch and throttle cable every spring, and have at it!
