Does a Tail Gate Lock Count?
Ok, so I just joined TW today and I think I learned that I actually have to be in the subforum (and not the general off topic discussion forum) to make a post.... Go Figure.....

Anyway, HI. It is 56 (hay, that is how old I am) and bright sun here in South Orange County, CA.

Since I want to be accepted here, I looked at the 1st post, found the "test" and here are my somewhat well thought out responses (that are also in the other thread and I don't know how to move it)...

    1. What condiments do you prefer for your hot dogs? Think carefully! My preferred hot dog is Hebrew National, on wheat bun, red onions and mayo.
    2. What snack cakes Little Debbie’s, Hostess or Drake?! Hostess, generally right out of the freezer. Nothing like a frozen Ding Dong....
    3. What is your preferred hardware for removing the younglings from the lawn? A good glare through the window.....
    4. Dog or Cat? This is not a question about what is on the dinner menu! Dog, German Shepherd Dog.... (used to do dog rescue). BUT, I also believe all dogs and cats add to their companions lives.....
    5. Goat Porn? Why no Llama porn???
    6. Coffee or Tea? Those are your only choices! Yes....
    7. Bacon Seriously? Is there even a question on this one? My new years resolution is to try and make my own!!

When do I find out if I pass.....:fingerscrossed: I think I would settle for getting this in the right place.

The GSD and Bacon works not real sure what Mayo on a Hot Dog tastes like and not likely to find out but at least it isn't Ketchup !! lol As for the glare well you are in CA so is that even legal ? :]

Oh yeah I am pretty sure you passed! And yes you are in the right place. Make your own bacon you say? And here it is only Jan. 1 and I happen to know a guy...

There is no try, there is do and do not

First your going to need a source of pork belly. If you have a Costco near you it is a good place to look. They are skin on and you have to skin them but usually have the best prices. If you have a source of heritage hogs around they of course are even better. As is all the meat from them. They will be spendy but worth it.

    I like Chance?!

Course I put ketchup on my hot dogs too. And Mayo. And mustard. Onions. Relish or pickle. OK time to fire up the grill it is 11° and "Fair" out according to the weather channel. WTF is Fair when it is 11° except that it is above zero and not below.
